Questions
- When are credits used?
- When you make the Word file. Specify makes it on its servers, saves it to your Files and then shows it, and that run uses the credits.
- Can I edit it afterwards?
- Yes. Headings, lists and tables come through as Word's own, so the file opens and edits like any other.
- What does it cost?
- 5 credits per export. A job's credits are held when it starts and charged when its file is saved. Failed or canceled jobs return them.
- Why does it open www.specifywork.com?
- The tools run in Specify Work, Specify's main site. One account and one credit balance work in every Specify tool.
