Help & trust
A clear path when the file won’t cooperate.
Where is my file processed?
Image conversion and CSV charts run locally. Background removal has separate quick and HD paths. Document exports use a server. Review the selected tool and mode before processing.
Why won’t this image open?
Decoding and encoding depend on browser support. The image converter supports browser-decodable PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, and AVIF inputs. Export HEIC or RAW with a desktop tool first.
Which files can I make?
Export Markdown as PDF or DOCX, build a PDF resume, remove a photo background, convert images to WebP, JPEG, or PNG, or turn CSV data into SVG and PNG charts.
Do browser tools use processing credits?
Image conversion and CSV charts run on your device without a processing credit charge. Document export and HD background removal use credits. Check the current credit menu before running them.
What should I do if an export fails?
Keep your original input. Read the tool’s error, check that the format and size are supported, and inspect your account balance before retrying a server operation. A preview can help you check the document before export.
What should I keep after exporting?
Download the finished file to a location you control. Keep your original image or CSV, and save editable documents or structured resume data for later changes.
